By using ItsBagelBot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use this service.

The Service

plain words A Twitch bot: moderation, commands, engagement. Provided as-is. Organizations require Enterprise or a Creator Code.

ItsBagelBot provides automated chat moderation, commands, and engagement tools for Twitch streamers. The service is provided as-is. Normal users are welcome to use the hosted service on their streams to any extent without abuse. Streamers representing organizations, brands, or teams must use the Enterprise tier, unless they hold a valid ItsBagelBot creator code.

Your Account & Third-Party Credentials

plain words Your channel, your credentials, and your responsibility for third-party integrations and urlfetch endpoints.

You are responsible for your Twitch account connection, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and any actions taken by the bot on your channel. Keep your credentials secure at all times.

If you connect third-party integrations or configure custom API requests (including urlfetch data sources) by supplying API keys, client IDs, client secrets, HTTP headers, or authentication tokens (such as for Spotify, Govee, Discord, or arbitrary third-party APIs), we collect and store those credentials solely to provide the integrations and execute requests on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide those credentials, configure those endpoints, and access the corresponding third-party services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring proper, lawful, and authorized use of all third-party services and endpoints, and for complying with all applicable third-party terms of service, developer policies, rate limits, and security requirements. We are not responsible or liable for any security breach, unauthorized access, token or credential leakage, API quota exhaustion, account ban, rate limiting, data corruption, or abuse occurring on or related to third-party services or resulting from credentials or endpoints you configure. You supply third-party credentials and configure urlfetch endpoints at your own risk.

Acceptable Use

plain words Don't be a jerk, don't break Twitch's rules, don't abuse the service, no self-hosting.

Don't use ItsBagelBot to:

• Violate Twitch's Terms of Service
• Harass or harm others
• Spam or abuse the service
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Redistribute the software, self-host the service, or run your own instance of the bot in any environment

Source Available License

plain words You can read the code. You cannot resell it.

ItsBagelBot's source code is viewable on GitHub under a source-available license. This means you can view and audit the code, but you may not redistribute, modify for commercial use, or create competing services from it.

Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

plain words Purchases are handled by Tebex. All sales are final. Chargebacks result in an immediate ban.

ItsBagelBot uses Tebex as its official payment and monetization platform. When you purchase a Premium subscription or any other product, Tebex acts as the merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you are also agreeing to Tebex's Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy & Chargebacks: All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable law. If you experience an issue with a transaction, you must contact our support team first. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your ItsBagelBot account.

The free tier costs nothing. Premium ($7 CAD plus applicable taxes per month) can be canceled anytime prior to the next billing cycle. Enterprise pricing is custom and outlined in separate agreements.

Some purchases can be made with a creator code, which may apply a discount and supports the creator who shared it. Creator codes are governed by the Creator Code Terms, which supplement these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

plain words If something breaks, we fix it, but we can't owe you damages or be liable for third parties.

ItsBagelBot is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Any chat moderation decisions, missed messages, or service interruptions.
• Any security breach, compromise, unauthorized access, loss, leak, or abuse of third-party services, API keys, client IDs, client secrets, or authentication tokens provided by you or configured in connection with integrations or urlfetch definitions.
• Any actions, rate limits, suspensions, downtime, billing disputes, or enforcement measures taken by third-party platforms or service providers (including Twitch, Spotify, Discord, Govee, or custom API hosts).
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

plain words Break the rules and we may close your account. You can leave whenever.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

plain words These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

plain words Terms can change; staying means you accept the new ones.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
